Landscape and complete Habitat for Humanity homes. Grade (rake and shovel). Install border boards. Dig and plant about 10 shrubs and one tree. Rake in a gravel mulch, and water. Give homeowners plant care information.

Help the new homeowner set up landscaping which enhances neighborhood home values and quality of life. Teach the homeowner to care for the new plantings. Promote water-wise plantings.

Looking for Volunteers who...

...want to help new homeowners set up landscaping, and provide information that identifies plants and instructs the new homeowner on how to care for plantings and conserve water. Landscaping work includes grading, installing borders, digging and planting shrubs and trees, mulching, and watering.

Scheduling depends on house completion and dedication deadlines. I send out email announcements for the upcoming projects, so I need current e-mail addresses.
